Spa Reservations

We recommend scheduling spa appointments prior to arrival to ensure you receive the service you desire, however walk-ins are welcome.

A credit card number is required at the time of scheduling all services to hold your reservation.

Please bring whatever form of payment you would like to use for the day of your services.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Koi Gift Certificates. Koi Gift Cards, and cash.

Local checks are accepted for services and retail goods up to $250.

Please voice any special requests, including a specific technician or gender specific therapist.

upon booking your spa services. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Please inform us if you have any significant medical considerations, including pregnancy.

Please bring a doctor's note if you have a serious medical condition that may be contra indicative of spa services.

Reservations + Cancellations

Spa treatments are reserved specially for you. Please notify as at least six (6) hours before your scheduled single service appointment, and twenty-four (24) hours before a spa package (2 or more services) if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Your credit card will be charged 50% of the reserved services should you cancel or reschedule in less than six (6) hours. Failure to show for appointments will result in 100% charge for reserved services.
